BLUE BOTTLE IS THE EPITOME OF BOUTIQUE DISTILLED GIN. EACH BATCH IS METICULOUSLY CRAFTED IN OUR COPPER STILL AT THE THREE FINGERS DISTILLERY ON GUERNSEY. OUR GIN HAS A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF BOTANICALS SCRUPULOUSLY SELECTED TO CREATE A DELECTABLE TREAT.
Traditional juniper is here but doesn’t dominate. Astute drinkers will appreciate the tropical scent of local gorse flowers, be cosseted by the sweetness of nutmeg and luxuriate in a hint of cubeb pepper. Our attention to detail and commitment to excellence flows through to our bottle which you’ll notice is distinctively heavy and intensely beautiful to continue the Blue Bottle experience even whilst pouring.

Blue Bottle is the brainchild and long held ambition of our head distiller, Matt, whose interest in Gin and passion for the craft of distilling was rewarded when he was made a Scholar and Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Distillers.
Many years ago, Matt spent a balmy summer studying flies as part of a research project which he was undertaking at Cambridge University. As he peered down the microscope he noticed the exceptional beauty, intricate detail and distinctive colouring of his subject, and was struck that such beauty could be easily overlooked here and, for that matter, everywhere.
Blue Bottle is the culmination of many years of commitment to refining detail. Matt has immersed himself in research into the history of gin, undertaken extensive taste testing, sourced premium botanicals from across the globe and evolved numerous prototypes to ensure that Blue Bottle gin is a truly hand crafted reflection of his passion and attention to detail, with a taste which is second to none.

Our commitment to excellence is all consuming, so it is only fitting that Blue Bottle is distilled in the best quality equipment – The Arnold Holstein 500L steam heated pot still. There’s actually no need for the dimpling you’ll see on her body, but we believe that the aesthetic is as important as the taste, so to ensure that she looked the part we had her hand hammered which creates a shimmer and completes our distillery experience.

Inspired by the 1920’s, 1930’s, and 1940’s, The Winslow’s Roasted Sundays, Vol. 1 is an immersive flavorful experience where food and cocktails are perfectly paired, and palates are pleasantly surprised.
Executive chef Nathan Pauley and Manager Caitlyn Moorhead have cleverly designed three courses inspired by the decadent 20’s, perilous 30’s, and war time 40’s.
