I came here on Sunday with a reservation for a group of 20 people from 1pm-3pm. They were very accommodating and allowed us to decorate the place up since it was a celebratory brunch for an engagement. There was also a birthday party going on in their private room next to us. It was a very casual setting where the football game was playing on the screens and some of us were recovering from the night before.
For our party, they gave us the $20 pre-fixe menu, which included 1 drink (mimosa, bloody mary, coffee, or tea) and 1 entree (eggs benedict, bacon egg cheese sandwich, winslow burger, or chicken and waffle). I chose the chicken and waffle with coffee. Our drinks came first, then all our food at once. I would love to try the Winslow Burger next time I come back bc it looked AMAZING. Everything looked so good, but it tasted even better. My waffle was thin, crispy and not too sweet. Thank goodness there was extra maple syrup bc I’m a sweet tooth 😀 I was afraid that there would be bone in on my chicken, but there weren’t. The chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was like chicken heaven
Booked their backroom for my wife’s 30th birthday. It was totally worth it. Our server was very nice and friendly. Very attentive to our needs and customized a few drinks to our taste. Their Gin selection is amazing we tired at least 5 of their G&Ts and loved all of them. My favorite was Uncle Val’s. Also their spicy margaritas were really good. Food selection is nice. Jalapeño Mac and Cheese, Scotch eggs and Shishito Peppers were really good. My personal favorite was the Irish Dip. Everybody had a really good time and I highly recommend this place.
