Every gin club features a unique gin and gives you the opportunity to try it out for yourself. You will learn the gin’s history and the distilling process. You get two mixed drinks, that you also learn how to make, plus you can even talk to the distillers.
The best part of these gin clubs is that they are held at The Winslow Gin Bar in New York, where you can count on a good time, great conversation, and hors d’oeuvres that are to die for.
What Makes Gin So Special?
Lots of people mistakenly think that gin is basically the same as vodka. While both are distilled as neutral spirits, gin includes juniper and vodka does not. Juniper is what gives gin its unique flavor.
You can choose to drink gin in a variety of ways. Classically, gin is considered best straight up. However, gin is also fantastic in mixed drinks. Most commonly you find gin in a gin and tonic, the Salty Dog, or a Tom Collins.

Monkey 47 Gin Club

Monkey 47 Gin is a Schwarzwald Dry Gin. It is German-made with its namesake 47 different botanicals. Expect a very complex and floral gin when you try this one. Most drinkers love Monkey 47 straight but lose a little of its distinct flavors when mixing it. So, pay close attention to The Winslow’s mixed drinks so you can mix it wisely.
Nolet’s Gin Club

Nolet’s Silver Gin is very floral forward and amazingly smooth and rich. You won’t miss the rose and lavender nose or the fruity taste. The spirit is produced by the oldest distillery in the Netherlands and comes with a rich history you will love hearing about at Winslow’s Gin Club.
Conniption Gin Club

Conniption Gin is a product of Durham Distillery. It is a modern gin that honors the great tradition of gin while still moving the needle forward. Their botanicals include figs, honeysuckle, and cucumber with no extracts and nothing artificial. Come and see what delicious spirit is brought about when Conniption gin perfectly blends art and science.
