Aviation Gin
Aviation Gin takes advantage of the rich, floral and savory flavor notes of unconventional botanicals such as Lavender and Indian Sarsaparilla, giving it delicate blending of both the floral and sweet spice. Garnished here with dehydrated Orange, to release the citrus flavors subtly, and Lavender, that allows the fresh floral taste to be released
The Botanist Gin
The Botanist Gin with all of the botanicals used, it can take a while to move from nosing to tasting as there is a lot to discover. The key things that will stick with you are a fresh, lemony aroma coupled with spring flowers and a touch of mint. As you taste, the gin is clean and not too oily with more of the lemon floral notes sticking out. The juniper certainly falls to a background player here, but this gin, even with the dozens of botanicals used, doesn’t get muddied. This is a gin that would work wonders in a sour or Collins preparation.

Juniper, lavender, cardamom and coriander notes as well. Quite complex with a lot of facets; however, the citrus is the star enjoy it in citrus forward cocktail like the Tom Collins and Gimlet for starters or stirred in a Martini, there’s more delicate hints of lavender that seem to come to the fore
