Information you give us. When you send an event request, contact us, or buy tickets, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, group size and any notes.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you reached the Site and general location (city level). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. Our services are for adults of legal drinking age.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and to plan, confirm and manage reservations and private events.
- To run, maintain and improve the Site and understand how visitors use it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our event booking system (Tripleseat), ticketing (Purple Pass), website hosting, and analytics and advertising tools (for example Google and Meta). They may use information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety, when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.
- Business transfers, if the business is sold or reorganized.
Third-party services you reach from the Site, such as Purple Pass, Tripleseat, Google Maps, YouTube and the Headbox 3D tour, have their own privacy policies.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and advertising tags. These tools may use cookies to count visits and measure the results of our ads. Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
