These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of thewinslownyc.com (the “Site”) and your visits to The Winslow, 243 East 14th Street, New York, NY 10003, operated by The Winslow Inc. (“The Winslow”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or visiting, you agree to these terms.
1. Age and responsible service
We follow all New York State and federal alcohol laws. You must be 21 or older to buy or drink alcohol, and we may ask for a valid government-issued photo ID. The Winslow is 21+ nightly from 9 PM. We will not serve anyone who is under 21 or appears intoxicated, and anyone supplying alcohol to minors will be asked to leave. Management may refuse service to keep the bar safe and enjoyable.
2. Reservations and private events
Event bookings are subject to the minimum spend, deposit, cancellation and other terms given on our Event Request page and in your booking confirmation. Where those terms differ from these, the booking terms apply. We may change or cancel a reservation in circumstances beyond our control and will let you know as soon as we can.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on the Site and menus are in US dollars and may change without notice. Tax and gratuity may be added as described on your bill or booking terms. Card payments may carry a processing fee as stated in our booking terms. Refunds or adjustments are at management’s discretion.
4. Tickets and third-party services
Tickets for events such as our gin club are sold through Purple Pass and are subject to its terms. Event enquiries are handled through Tripleseat. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Site.
5. Conduct and belongings
Please treat staff and other guests with respect. Harassment, violence or disruptive behavior will result in removal. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Website use and content
The Site’s content, including text, photos, logos and design, belongs to The Winslow or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to hack, overload or scrape it.
7. Accuracy of information
We work to keep hours, events, menus and prices accurate, but details can change. Please call us to confirm anything important before your visit.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Winslow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update them from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
