Whitley Neill Gin Club gin was the guest of honor on Tuesday, January 25th. A handcrafted, premium spirit, Whitley Neill Gin is inspired by a host of international flavors and ingredients, and distilled in London. About Whitley Neill Gin
Whitley Neill Gin was founded in 2005 by Johnny Neill. He is the eighth generation of brewer to come from his family and he learned directly from his grandmother. Neill was inspired by the distilling process, but even more so by the infusing process. He became enamored with how adding flavors and aromas changed the taste of gin entirely. It became his passion to create a blend of gins that were “more exotic, enigmatic, and mysterious.”
